Walking shoe wore out quickly
Had northface in past, were great durable walking shoes. Latest pair comfortable, great to walk in but after moderate use the material uppers have failed. A great shoe if you don’t mind their short lifespan.
BEWARE - awful customer service.
I ordered an item from the North Face, but when I noticed the address was wrong, they refused to amend it.
When I asked them to cancel the order, they refused - a violation of my rights as a consumer.
When I asked them for a refund, they refused - a further violation of my rights as a consumer.
I'm really shocked at what a terrible company North Face have turned out to be. I wouldn't have expected it at all.

I have purchased a number of products…
I have purchased a number of products from The North Face website in the last year or so and I have had no problems. On one occasion I needed to contact customer services and they were able to resolve the issue with ease no problem. Im happy with North Face and would be happy to recommend to family and mates. I ordered some gear around 6pm one evening and that was delivered to me the following day before 1 pm, so thats impressive.

North Face Walking Shoes
I bought a pair of North Face walking shoes, at the time of purchase Millets told me they had a life time warranty. I wear them to dog walk maybe 30 minutes a day, on wet days I wear wellies. In the 3 years owning them, they have maybe a year worth of wear. I purchased North Face because of the warranty and because I did think they might have been superior. The shoes have totally come away from the sole. I contacted North Face, they have completely washed their hands of the problem. I won't be buying anything from North Face again.

I should have read the reviews... the sizing is terrible, way to small and yes I'm completely realistic; shorts returned and now I have to wait for 2 weeks to get my money back - by anyone's standards that is not an acceptable level of 'customer service'.

I bought a Massif jacket and after 6 months it got a small hole from which the down was coming out. I returned it to North Face and Agata offered a similar jacket as a replacement. Thank you!

Poor product and customer service
Bought trekking shoes from them, after 6 months they looks like i have used them for years not months. I have contacted the support team several Times, but they just ignored my emails. Very poor product and very bad customer service.

Stay well clear of this shambles of a Company!
I ordered a backpack from the shop, in store as they didn't stock the colour I wanted. So far they have gotten my Address wrong, Yodel did not rectify my correction of Address or designated collect plus point.
Head office still has not answered my email complaint. Rang the shop I made original order with to be told I need a declaration form before they can issue me with a refund.
Unbelievably bad customer service! Do not place orders with this Company! I wish I had read the reviews before ever going into this shop, never again!!!!
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. Bought a new hat for my skiing trip and Yodel and North face confirmed it had been delivered to my pick up point. I went to pick it up and the shop said they didn't have the parcel and to contact Yodel. I've contacted Yodel and North face and I haven't heard anything back from them. This has been going on for over a month and I have asked for a refund. Shocking service. Never again.
The website drives me crazy
The website drives me crazy! Type to search for something then the wheel turns and turns then back to same page… WHAT? Products are good; quality seems to vary. And whassup with the logos on jackets and leggings?! They crack and fades?? Arghhh come on guys do something about it already, I am not the first to mention the mentioned issues.
